West Midlands, Birmingham, Liverpool, General Welsh, RP
I started performing in 2004, in the local children's drama club.
From 2009 - 2017 I performed in the local Village Pantomimes, from chorus roles to leads.
I was a member of the Atfield Theatre, Oswestry, where I performed in high quality amateur dramatic shows.
Since 2018 I have been a repeating professional performer for the Liverpool Lantern Company as a walkabout character, or as interactive characters as part of an installation.
Throughout my time at university I had the opportunity to perform in several performances, all original and devised by us. These included a Theatre in Education style piece about menstrual/period education, a lighthearted show focusing around a character inspired by regular connections to a local over 60s coffee morning, an apocalyptic radio play, and a festival fringe folk tale using puppetry and object manipulation.
I have also been a repeating professional puppeteer for Clive Chandler, operating his giant Punch and Judy puppets and using mask work for the Baby character.
I have worked for the Birmingham Repertory Theatre as a drama practitioner, youth theatre director and a performer in their Creative Learning department.
I have a large collection of experience in Theatre in Education, working for Loudmouth Education and Training for nearly 2 years where I performed up to 8 different plays, often within the same week.
Some experience with short film work, having done individual projects looking at domestic abuse and far right racism and grooming.
